For the last 4 hours, I have tried to pay for my application via the website. But it keeps saying " payment failed or cancelled." Now there is nothing wrong with my cards and I also tried numerous browsers and even cleaned out my cache. I have no idea what to do from here. I have heard people online say it took them 3 days before the website would accept their payment. Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this issue? Thank you.

make sure you set your CC to allow payment at Hong Kong ( for US payments). Payment is processed outside of your country most likely. i had the same issue
