Why can't I proceed with the DTV online application from Laos?

Hi all Im trying the DTV online application thing and it looks to me like vientiane (Loas) is out. On the first page after putting in Loas as current location it will not let me go any further this is what I get . 

Where there is no Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate – General in your area, please find the one with applicable jurisdiction

Any help would be appreciated

Use an agent that knows what documents, detaild and format the thai gov wants. I used an agebt and she was awesome

Loas has just completed the last walk-ins Friday 20 Dec. They will closed for 2 weeks l think it was to go to the e-visa system online. No applications until then check their web site or look in search bar here there was an official announcement posted.

e-Visa in Laos starts next month, at the moment they don't take any applications anymore.
