What should I do if I receive repeated document requests while my e-visa application is pending approval?
I submitted my application on Monday in Vientianne and had 2 requests for further documents (passport picture and financial evidecne. I uploaded those and yesterday the status went to pending approval. But today I got 2 emails again asking for the same documents. But if I login to the E-visa website it doesn't show I have to upload the documents like last time. It's still showing pending approval with no way to upload any extra documents. Has anyone experienced the same?
Answer summary
After submitting an e-visa application in Vientianne and receiving requests for additional documents, the applicant noted a status change to 'pending approval' but encountered repeated emails asking for the same documents. A commenter shared a similar experience, suggesting a potential glitch in the system confirmed by embassy staff, reassuring that the application remains under review despite the repeated requests.

I had the same problem today so I visited the embassy and they told me that my application was definitely "pending approval" and that it was probably a glitch in the system that resulted in the extra message(s) about the same documents.
