Where is the easiest place to get a single entry tourist visa to Thailand in Malaysia? KL, Kota Bharu or Penang? I already have some thai visas and stamps, so I'm looking for the easiest place. I am currently in Borneo (regards) and next month I would like to return to the mainland and go to the consulate.
Thanks. :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the easiest locations to obtain a single entry tourist visa for Thailand while in Malaysia, specifically considering Kuala Lumpur (KL), Kota Bharu, and Penang. Users share personal experiences, noting that Kota Bharu is generally perceived as easier but highlights some challenges regarding requirements. Kuala Lumpur is mentioned positively for having manageable requirements, though booking appointments online can be frustrating. The conversation also briefly touches on other alternatives like Laos for visa applications.
I have a passport full of thai visas and stamps. Ive never had a problem at KL and their requirements arent too onerous. Its all on their website. You have to book appointments online which can be annoying
I am in the same situation, in Bali and going to Malaysia and Thailand in 2 weeks. Kota Bharu used to be easy but last time i tried to get 60 day tourist visa over there was maybe 5 years ago, they wanted bank info and tickets to and from thailand.
