After arriving in Chiang Mai on a METV, if you are not staying in a hotel or guesthouse that files the report for you, you need to go to the Promenada Immigration office to file a TM.30 form.

3rd floor you have to report. Not ground level. They have the appropriate formulaic there. Although tm30 is normally for the landlord or owner to register you, you can use this also for registration.

Nope,

Their hours are M-F from 8:30-4:30 (closed 12-1 for lunch)

You can go on Monday without any problem
