TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus in the comments is that you must typically do your 90-day reporting at the immigration office where you obtained your extension, which in this case would be Chiang Mai. However, you can report in person within a specific timeframe (up to 15 days before and 7 days after your due date). Some suggest exploring online options or the possibility of mailing in your report, but caution against doing it from Pattaya. It is recommended to confirm directly with the local immigration office for the most accurate guidance.

Okay, people (meaning the people who are asking if they can do a 90 day report at an immigration office other than where they got their extension) the ONLY answer that is correct IS

GO to the immigration office in the area where you are when your 90 day report is due and ASK them. If they say you can, file it, but if they say you can't and you can't get back to where you got your extension within 7 days after the report is due realize you're gonna get a 2000baht fine. ๐Ÿ™‚

Good Luck take care, stay safe

You can report in person up to 15 days before and 7 days after the due date

OR you can try the online program

OR

I think Chiang Mai even allows mail in 90 day reporting (although you'd have to post in a C/M group to get the address and what copies they want of your passport pages)

and in Chiang Mai you can use that drive thru at the main office by the airport OR go to the Promenada Mall location for your 90 day reporting.

nope :( as a general rule you do your 90 day report at the immigration office where you got your extension (and where the TM30 is filed)

Ah, of course. Thanks, Tod. Misunderstood your answer above.

Noob question. How do move to a different province then? Say, if you're in the middle of a one year extension?

@Tho***
MOVING and going for a holiday are two separate things

IF you're moving you would move ;) , GO to that immigration office, file a new TM30 showing that's where you live now, (sometimes a change of address form TM28 too) THEN you could do 90 day reporting, get your next extension at that office
