Do I need to self-report my address in Thailand after staying in hotels?

I was recently in Chiang Mai for 30 days visa exempt. I assume my condo landlord for the month reported my address on arrival. However, on three occasions during the month I took trips in country and stayed at a hotel where I assume they reported my address.

1)On each return from a hotel to the condo was I supposed to self-report the condo address?

2)Does a hotel report the dates of a stay or in my case would the last address of record in the immigration system be my last hotel even though I returned to the condo after?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is seeking clarification on the necessity of self-reporting their residential address in Chiang Mai after returning from hotel stays during their 30-day visa exemption period. They question whether the hotels report stay durations and if the last recorded address in immigration is updated to their last hotel, despite returning to their condo.

I leave my area of residence twice a month every month for the last three years staying in hotels in other Thailand places and never did anything. Never even thought of it. Have had no issues.
