Hi everyone, This may have been covered I have looked but can't find. My partner and I have got 1 year o visa retirement from February this year with 90 day check in. Just had lovely trip to KL rather than border run. Anyway if we go out of the country next January will they still stamp it for another 90 days say on the 28th January even though its dated 22nd Feb 2020 to run out of 1 year. Hope I explained that OK. Thanks in advance for any advice Steph

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is clarifying whether they will receive an additional 90-day stamp upon their return to Thailand after traveling to Kuala Lumpur in January, despite having a Non-O visa that is valid until February 22, 2020. They have been informed that as long as they re-enter Thailand before the expiry date, they should receive another 90-day stay, as the Multiple Entry Non-Immigrant O visa allows for this arrangement.

Thanks. You have the Multiple Entry Non Immigrant O visa, this means on every entry you get 90 day of stay. Than you have to leave to country and come back to activate another 90 days of Admitted to Stay. As long as you enter Thailand before the valid until date of 04 Feb 2020 you will get 90 days Admitted to Stay.
After 4 Feb 2020 you can apply for a new visa at a Thai consulate or you can during the last 30 days of your Admitted to Stay period apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay, if you can meet the requirements.
Sorry got date slightly wrong valid til 4th Feb 2020. If we go Kuala Lumpa on say 18th to 20th January will I still get 90 day stamp when I get back to huahin on the 20th January or just stamp til Feb thanks
I think you mean you got the 1 year Extension of Stay you got from the Immigration Office, please check if the second line of this stamp is: Extension of Stay is permitted up to 22nd Feb 2020.
