I come to Thailand soon.

I come with 30 day no visa.

Is there a way, on my own... without making boarder run... to get 30, 60, 90 day visa while living in Thailand? (Bangkok area at first)

When we arrive my wife and her cousin (property owner) will take me to immigration in Nonthaburi to get my TN30 so I get residency card and book bank.

What next? Without boarder run is possible to be done on our own?

I have read so many options. Hard to know what is and isnt possible at this point.

I will have the required funds immediately in acct.

I will have proper health insurance.

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arriving in Thailand with a 30-day visa exemption, you can extend your stay by visiting the local immigration office. Start by getting the list of requirements for a NON-O visa, especially if you are married to a Thai national, which allows for a 60-day extension. Additionally, you can extend your initial visa exemption for another 30 days while you prepare your documents for the NON-O visa application.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.

are you married to a Thai ? if so after getting the initial 30 day extension you can get a 60 day extension based on family. That will get 120 days total

First thing is to work on the spelling of "border" 🤣. Once you've done that go to your immigration office and get the list of requirements for a non-O (married to a Thai) visa, and whilst you're there extend your visa exempt a further 30 days to give you time to convert

This is a good overview of converting to non-O (over 50) in-country
