Hi, need some advice. I did an online tm47 application for my OA visa last week, this is the reply I got. I will be leaving Thailand for good on 23 Jan 2023, do I still need to do another TM47 application? Thanks in advance :)

TM47 is only filed when you are in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. You say you are leaving Thailand before 90 days so you don't have to file one because you're not in Thailand for 90 consecutive days.

If you return, then the timer starts over again at day 1 when you return, because it only matters for consecutive days inside Thailand.
