TLDR : Answer Summary
Although you plan to leave Thailand shortly after your 90-day reporting due date, you are still required to submit your TM47 report before departure to avoid a fine. Failure to report could lead to a penalty of 2000 baht if noticed by immigration officials during your next visit.

You're required to file a 90 day report because you spent 90 consecutive days in Thailand. Leaving doesn't change that. If an immigration officer notices next time that you failed to file before leaving, you'll be fined 2000 baht.
