TLDR : Answer Summary
The 30-day extension begins from the end date of your current stay, meaning you will not lose any days of your original visa period. It is important to note that if you applied for an extension at Chaeng Wattana, you might have gone to an incorrect location depending on your visa type. For visa-exempt entries, you should go to IT Square Laksi for processing.

You really should just say "thank you"

I already answered your question completely before.

It doesn't matter what you asked previously... all of the information you need was already there.

that said, given the fact that I'm altruistic... here we go AGAIN...

First of all, there's no way you have a 45 day visa on arrival. did you buy a visa already? No, you certainly didn't buy a 45 day visa on arrival.

You entered free visa exempt, and they stamped you in for 45 days.

Correct?

Now! IF you made an appointment for Chaengwattana... that's the wrong place to go.

(This is what I wrote before)

Only ONE 30 day extension possible, then you must leave LOS

IT Square Laksi, 3rd floor for visa exempt entry stamp extension...

Chaengwattana government complex, counter J ; if you actually have a 60 day TR visa

you need to bring:

** your passport (Duh) ๐Ÿ™„

*passport size photo

*signed in blue ink copy of passport information page

*signed in blue ink copy of entry stamp

* print out copy of visa (if applicable)

* 1,900 baht

* infinite patience with a smile

(photo and copy services available there)

Your hotel or residence should have filed your TM 30

#go early in the morning

# fill in 3 forms available at the office

# your address & local phone number

# don't wear a tank top or flip flops / shorts (though some do-- 555

5 days ago I was asking can I extend my 30 days visa early. I already made my appointment for this coming Monday. Now I am asking about the extension starting from the date I go to immigration or the end of my 45 days visa .

you are fully aware that for your 45 day entry on a visa exempt stamp you don't go to Chiang Wattana to extend it for 30 days. You go to the IT Mall at Lak Si. You will show up at Chiang Wattana, and be told you are in the wrong place. If you had a regular tourist 60 day visa you would go to Chiang Wattana, but not for a 45 day visa exempt stamp.

It will be added to the end of your existing stay. You will not lose any days.
