TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need to go to immigration on the originally scheduled date of your 90-day check, as your 90-day reporting period restarts from the date of your reentry into Thailand. Therefore, your new 90-day count begins on April 26th when you reentered Thailand.

90 day reports start from the day you enter. Everytime you leave and reenter the country, the 90 days restart.

Thatโ€™s actually hard to type on an iPhone. Not idea why youโ€™ve typed it like that but each to their own.
