What do you put for reason for travel on your arrival form if u have dtv?
Traveling to bkk right now. Just completed the online arrival form an put “holiday” for reason of travel. Is that okay? I got approved for DTV workcation and plan to work remotely as a freelancer for my own business but wasn’t sure what to put for reason to travel, as my DTV says employment prohibited so was hesitant to put employment.
Am I overthinking - please help!

I don't know what the correct answer. I put tourism each time, despite having a DTV from dental and having had a dental appointment, I figured it seems suspicious to see a dentist 1 hour in 3 weeks and say that is the "primary" purpose.

I also have a medical soft power with infrequent appointments and I always put 'medical and wellness'. I don't think it really matters, nobody seems to pay attention to it, they just check if the form was completed or not.
