If I have a DTV visa and a remote job, and during the visa period I change my job also to a remote job and can work in Thailand, do I have to report it?

Once you get the visa based on remote work, it's good for 5 years, so no you don't need to tell anyone if you switch companies and still do your job remotely while living in thailand on that visa

If you ever need to extend, just be sure to prepare the same set of info, but relating to the new job, in case you need to show it at immigration.
