Hi there from Europe,
I recently received my Non-O Visa for 90 days based on Thai Wife through Thaievisa website.
I received basically a PDF file, is that the visa I must show when flying there and entering Thailand?
Normally in the past (for other visas at least) the passport was sent to immigration and returned to me with the whole page stamped as a visa.
Do I need to go to immigration when I land in Thailand so they put like the visa stamp on the entire passport page, or they will only do that after I extend my visa for 1 year?
Oh and finally, if I am staying in the same condo with the contract in my name, do I need to get a new TM-30 from immigration when arriving? My wife and I have been living there together for almost 2 years now and now we have been in Europe for almost 3 months.
Has anyone been in this situation and knows the answer? I would really appreciate any advice.
Thanks a lot ππ»
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user received a Non-O Visa via the Thaievisa website and is inquiring about the entry process to Thailand. They want to know if the PDF received is sufficient for entry, if they need to go to immigration for a stamp upon arrival, and whether a new TM-30 form is required upon returning to their condo after three months abroad. Multiple comments clarify that the PDF serves as the visa to present at immigration for entry where they will be stamped accordingly. Regarding the TM-30, it's suggested to check with local immigration as policies can vary.
