I am still a bit confused about the TM 30 . I am on a O retirement extension from Jomtien Immigration office .I am living with my wife in our house for the last 7 years and I never reported to the immigration office when I returned from overseas trips . I have done all my 90days report on time and got my 1year extension based on over 50 retirement with 800000 thb in a Thai bank account.

I have been out of the country on Manny occasion and allways returned back to the same address as reported in the TM 6.

Never did I had any problems at the Jomtien Immigration office about not reporting that I have returned to to my residence.

My question now is after all the changes about the immigration laws what exactly do I have to do and what paperwork do I have to submit when I return from my next trip which will be in 2 weeks and I will be back at the end of July.

My last extension has been given to me on the 19. Of April 2019 here at the Jomtien Immigration office.

I am very grateful for any help.
