Can I exit and re-enter Thailand while my passport is stamped with an "Application of Stay under consideration" (Extension of stay-married to Thai), as long as I get a re-entry permit and am back before that that I have to report back on the stamp?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can exit and re-enter Thailand with a passport stamped "Application of Stay under consideration" for a marriage extension, provided you obtain a re-entry permit and return before the date you need to report back. However, it's advisable to consult with your local immigration office, as they may conduct a house visit during this period to verify your marriage.

Be very careful as

Yes you can BUT discuss this with your local immigration office as most offices use this under consideration period to make a house visit to check de jure and de facto of the marriage.
