TLDR : Answer Summary
For holders of a long stay visa based on marriage in Thailand, it's important to obtain a re-entry permit before traveling abroad to maintain your stay status. This can be acquired for a fee at immigration offices or some airports. Additionally, the first 90-day reporting must be done in person, but subsequent reports can be made online. However, there are offline options available if the website doesn't work.

It is called an Extension of Stay based on marriage, it is not a Visa. You need a re-entry permit before travel abroad to keep the Admitted to Stay period alive, you can buy a Single 1000 Thb or multiple entry 3800 Thb at Immigration office or at some airports before departure. You have to do the first 90 day inside Thailand report in person, after that you can use the website link 15 days till 7 days before the next due date.
