Hello everyone,
I last entered the kingdom on a METV (TR-60) on the 23rd of December 2019 (visa expired on the 25th - Happy Christmas).
Got that entry stamp extended once for an additional 30 days. Then, last week, since I got married on March 2nd (💕thanks💕), I was able to do an additional extension on this entry stamp for 60 additional days.
My questions:
- do I need to make a 90day report?
- was this extension granted out of ordinary due to extreme circumstances?
- if not, is it indefinitely repeatable or is it only allowed once per entry stamp? (I do not mean due to actual circumstances)
Thank you very much for your help, as your are always so helpful and knowledgeable!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the necessity of a 90-day report after receiving a 60-day extension on their METV due to marriage. The consensus in the comments indicates that a 90-day report is not required, and the 60-day extension can typically only be granted once per entry stamp, although it may vary by immigration office. For longer stays, a one-year extension based on marriage or a multiple-entry non-O visa is recommended.
