I remember a post/video somewhere saying that Thailand would start some sort of electronic check in (immigraton wise) where you would enter your stay information (hotels, entry/exit info, etc). Later I heard that is was postponed. Does anyone know of this and it's status?
I am planning to visit Thailand later this month and I cannot find anything about it online. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the rumored electronic check-in for Thailand's immigration, initially mentioned as a new system similar to the Philippines, which was reportedly postponed. Comments indicate that a Digital TM6 system is expected to be implemented by May 1st, but clarification on its status is sparse, and there are doubts about its readiness before the user's upcoming trip later this month.
They've already backtracked on the ETA and it's on indefinite hold. Now they are talking about a digital TM6 instead. But no one knows anything about that either.
If anything happens, it certainly won't be this month.
