What should I do if my Non-O visa application was mistakenly cancelled?

I might have accidentally hit the CANCEL button on my Non O visa application as it said FINISHEd and I got an email saying Visa cancelled.

Not rejected, but cancelled with no explanation.

Is it likely I hit the cancel by mistake or do they cancel an application if the documents don't meet their requirements?

I thought if something was missing they would tell me. I am trying to contact the embassy and I have written to them

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user accidentally hit the cancel button on their Non O visa application, which led to an email stating the visa was cancelled, not rejected. They are concerned whether it was a mistake or if the application was cancelled due to inadequate documentation. Responses from the community highlighted that if the fee was paid, the cancellation could be due to errors in personal information. Others mentioned that typically, if documents were missing, applicants would be contacted. It's advised to confirm the payment status and follow up with the embassy for clarification on next steps.

Bob D'Andrea apparently that's not possible. I didn't have

Cancelled generally means there is an issue with the biodata you entered as part of your application

The real question should have been ," had you paid or not ". If so then Will Richardson above is correct.

If you have paid the fee and received confirmation that the application was submitted, it may have been rejected due to a formal error, such as spelling, date of birth, or passport details. If documents are missing, you will usually be contacted by email to provide them.

Jan Kenneth Nesland I am a little confused as to how long they want to see

Harry Harris I’m not sure which embassy you are applying through, but the requirement is either three months of income equivalent to at least 65,000 baht per month, or a lump sum of 800,000 baht held in your account. These are alternative methods, and you do not need to meet both.

Three months of income should in itself be sufficient. For the lump sum method, the final balance is usually the key factor, even if you provide a three-month statement.

Jan Kenneth Nesland Correct, but the former will end in cancelation and the latter will result in rejection after further documentation requests

You cant cancel once you have paid , only the Embassy can do that, if so you have to start from scratch and pay again.
