No one can tell you the reason it was cancelled. You need to contact them to find out. Period.

I started to ask you if it was Hanoi. I have read in this group so many say they experienced the same in Hanoi and not to apply there. I am no expert at all. Might I suggest you search this group using “Hanoi” as the search term and see what others have done. It’s so inexpensive, I would use an agent. I am hoping things work out for you. 🙏🏾Reply to

Cancelled usually means there was an error in the passport information. An incorrect passport number, name or place of issuance.
