TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about their Thai visa application status, which has changed to 'cancel visa application' after a wait of over three months. They seek guidance from others who may have experienced similar situations. Commenters suggest that the cancellation could be due to insufficient documentation or a failure to respond to requests for additional documents. They urge the user to check their email for any missed communications regarding the application.

To me this sounds like they were waiting for a response from you.

Is it possible you missed a request in email for extra information, maybe in the spam folder?

Did you receive an email request for additional documents that you didn’t respond to?

It almost appears as if you're saying the cancel visa application is a choice you can make especially since it's been sitting for 3 months so is this a choice to cancel the application or has the application been canceled?
Greg ********
Cancelled usually means the documentation supplied was not sufficient or requested extra documentation not supplied. As it was not rejected you can just apply elsewhere. Where was this application?

any idea what the timeline is when you're requested for extra documents? I have applied as a dependent in London based on my husbands approved DTV. I submitted bank statements in his name along with a letter of financial support but they have requested that the £11,000 is in an account in MY name. Any advice? Could I simply transfer it from his account to mine...

Anonymous participant 309 Yes, you can transfer it to your account. It needs to be in your own account or a joint account, not husband only account.

Anonymous participant 309 When I applied via London they only wanted the first page of my statement showing the start and end balance so could work. I believe it’s 14 days to submit requested documents
