TLDR : Answer Summary
A refugee facing issues with their Thailand eVisa application received a cancellation notice due to incorrect selections related to their travel document and nationality at birth. Community members suggest double-checking the application details, ensuring correct information input, and contacting the embassy for advice on correcting the issue.

I have a friend who got the visa cancelled because he wrote down his middle name in the wrong section. Anyways, my friend mailed the embassy which explained the issue and gave advice on how to make the new application was goin according to their form. My advice is also to email them and figure out which mistakes you did. Please remind to be polite and I'd suggest to ask chatgpt to help you to write down a proper email (no offense but your English has a lot of mistakes which might lead to misunderstandings)

Ensure the travel document data was read correctly by the OCR and inputted into the correct fields of the personal data page form of the application.

I guess the Embassy was correct. How do you think we can advice if we do not know how you applied?

If the nationality at birth does not match, the information given on the refugee travel document and the passport, you have to figure out how to get documents with matching data.
