TLDR : Answer Summary
A refugee is experiencing issues with their Thailand eVisa application, which was canceled due to incorrect selections related to their travel document and nationality at birth. They seek guidance from others who may have faced a similar situation. Commenters emphasize the importance of selecting the correct type of travel document and ensuring that the nationality information matches across all provided documents.

I guess the Embassy was correct. How do you think we can advice if we do not know how you applied?

If the nationality at birth does not match, the information given on the refugee travel document and the passport, you have to figure out how to get documents with matching data.
