Hello you’ll I recently had applied a visit visa in kl but it was cancelled with no specified reason so I went to the embassy en still couldn’t tell me the reason of cancellation instead they told me to reapply

The thing is I honestly don’t know where the mistake was en if I reaply I will probably use the same documents

Cancelled usually implies there was an error with your biodata. The character recognition often gets it wrong so when you upload your passport data you need to check it carefully before moving on to the next stage

Knut Aaslestad If indeed it was rejected (not cancelled) then, in their opinion which is all that matters, you did not qualify.

Knut Aaslestad Anybody can "qualify" for a DTV, so there must have been an error in your application

So something was wrong with the data you entered, name not exactly as in passport, a passport number error or something like that. Possibly auto-fill was used which should be disabled so you type everything correctly.
