TLDR : Answer Summary
The message indicates that your visa application has been cancelled, typically due to errors in personal information such as name, date of birth, or passport number. This means it was not processed or reviewed. There are no refunds for the application fees, and you may need to reapply if you wish to obtain a visa. It’s crucial to check all your details thoroughly to avoid similar issues in the future.

It means rejected. You won't be refund.

You can give more information, so we can help you find what was the problem and maybe try to give you some feedback. So you can re-apply.

Where did you give your application?

Was it as remote worker or for a course?

Do you have the necessary fund in your bank account? For at least 3 months?

Using the word canceled regarding your application almost certainly means there was some mismatch between your passport biodata page and the relevant fields filled in the application. The passport photo is machine read by OCR and that data is then propagated through the form. It is prone to errors. You must triple check that part of the application and correct any OCR and >>>MRZ>>> errors after you upload the passport biodata page.

You need to find out what information was wrong. You will need to pay and do it again. Unfortunately, you will

not get a refund.

It means any of the personal information details such as name (spelling, etc.), date of birth, passport number were wrong, so they do not processed / reviewed your application.

Now it's cancelled. No refunds given.
