Last Sunday (3 days ago) I submitted a Followers request for my family.
Today I received the following email saying that my son's request was canceled. Everyone else is still pending .
Do you know of a similar case? Is there anything I can do or who I can contact to avoid paying extra?

Cancel is better than rejected. Just find where you entered personal info incorrectly and reapply

It means you entered incorrect information and his application has been canceled. Only option is to reapply.

Be very extra careful when you enter the necessary information into the Thai visa system. Just apply again but make sure you triple check all info before you hit the submit button. Best wishes đand youâll be fine

Well you probably entered the wrong personal info if it says that you entered the wrong personal info lol. Recheck you submission and youâll prob find an error. Let someone else check it as well next time

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to appeal this. You'll have to reapply. I suggest getting another person to double check the application and take a screenshot of each page prior to submission

How about you dial the scare-mongering back a notch or three there slick?
When DTV's get cancelled it's because of a data entry error <- a mistake in the info that was scanned in or hand typed, nothing more

How old is your son? Are you the legal guardian (as opposed to him being a step son)?

Once you get this message there's nothing you can do. It's done and will require a new application and payment.
