What should I do if my son's Followers request was canceled during the application process in Thailand?

Question

Hello everyone.
Last Sunday (3 days ago) I submitted a Followers request for my family.
Today I received the following email saying that my son's request was canceled. Everyone else is still pending .
Do you know of a similar case? Is there anything I can do or who I can contact to avoid paying extra?

The attached link doesn't open anything...
Thanks to anyone who can help.

A user reported that their son's follower visa request was canceled due to an email indicating wrong personal information, while other family requests are still pending. Community members advised that once a cancellation notice is received, there is no appeal process, and the only option is to reapply, ensuring to double-check all personal information before submission. They emphasized the importance of accuracy in the application and suggested using an agent for assistance to avoid such issues.

This is why I used an agent , paid 8000 baht, less then if i got rejected , if you do not get money back , but guess what I got it ,

Cancel is better than rejected. Just find where you entered personal info incorrectly and reapply

DTV_Be******* · Answer

It means you entered incorrect information and his application has been canceled. Only option is to reapply.

Be very extra careful when you enter the necessary information into the Thai visa system. Just apply again but make sure you triple check all info before you hit the submit button. Best wishes 👍and you’ll be fine

Well you probably entered the wrong personal info if it says that you entered the wrong personal info lol. Recheck you submission and you’ll prob find an error. Let someone else check it as well next time

Mon ******* · Answer

In the email it stated " wrong personal info"... might re check everything you did then re apply again khaa...

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to appeal this. You'll have to reapply. I suggest getting another person to double check the application and take a screenshot of each page prior to submission

With such email...it is end of discussion.

Nothing you can do and nothing to talk.

Re check your Son details deeply and be sure all correct and re apply new application ka.

How old is your son? Are you the legal guardian (as opposed to him being a step son)?

Brandon ************ · Answer

Once you get this message there's nothing you can do. It's done and will require a new application and payment.
