ORIGINAL POSTER
I had an expired non-b visa last May 11, 2020, and currently not working, and my employer already canceled my WP.

I went today at MTT to apply for an extension, but after the IO checked my passport and the last visa stamp, she told me to go to counter N at Chaeng Wattana.

I'm here now at CW as per the IO told and waiting for my number to be called.

Totally correct, you did NOT enter the country on a 30 day visa exempt entry OR a 60 day tourist visa entry SO you wouldn't have had any reason to go to the Muang Thong Thani Immigration location for your 30 day embassy request extension..
