TM30 online registration in BKK - my landlord applied 5 weeks ago but web still says "pending approval", no username or password via email. Is this backlog normal ? Any suggestions on what might be wrong with the application or how to fix ?

Im going to CW tmrw to extend my sons ED visa, any idea if minors are obliged to file TM30 ? Thx

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing a delay with their landlord's online TM30 registration, showing 'pending approval' for five weeks without receiving login credentials. They seek advice on the situation's normalcy and potential remedies. Commenters suggest that backlogs are common, recommend filing a TM30 independently using the lease and passport copies, and emphasize that proof of filing TM30 is necessary for an ED visa extension at Chaengwattana. Minors must also be included in the TM30 filing.

In the ED section (N-1, N-2) at chaengwattana IF you don't have a TM.30 receipt when you apply for your extension they are only giving people 30 day under consideration stamps and making you go file a TM.30 and then come back to get the extension inked into your passport.

I will file TM30 before extending his ED visa

After 3 weeks of “pending approval” my landlord went to CW to file first time in person. A month later I still haven’t heard if she was successful with the online application.

There are several thousand people backlogged in the system for the online TM30 program.

File a TM.30 on your own, meaning don't take ANY information from your land lord other than your lease, YOU fill out the TM.30 form with your name on the front page, stating you live at this address and are reporting a foreigner at the same address and then on the second page put ALL the people who need a TM30 receipt. (you and your child for sure).

You can self file a TM30 with just your lease, your passport copies and a filled out TM.30 form.

you aren't gonna get an ED visa extension without proof of having done a TM.30.
