What should I do if my DTV visa has the same 'valid until' and 'valid from' dates?

Dtv visa granted from london embassy but the valid until is the same as valid from, anyone had this or can advise? Already emailed the embassy but travel on the 29th of this month.

i think this worked! Just received an email back that they had updated the system and to download my visa again. Thankyou 👍

I saw that too, and in another group somebody who applied for a regular tourism visa at the London embassy (I'm assuming he/she lives in the UK but it's a national from a country needed a visit to enter Thailand) also got kt with the same dates on expiry and validity. It seems the glitch affected more than one person yes, and not only DTVs.

that’s interesting. Maybe there is a glitch in the system and the Thai embassies should be made aware of it. Can you please let them know?
