TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether to call the embassy to expedite their DTV application. Community members suggest that if the application is taking longer than three weeks, a gentle call might help, especially with the upcoming Songkran holiday. However, others share negative experiences with long wait times on the phone and recommend emailing instead, particularly if labeled as 'urgent'.

If it will take more than 3 weeks (Songkran is coming), maybe. Otherwise not.
