Answer summary
The user is concerned about a mix-up in their first and middle name on their DTV approval and its potential impact during airport immigration in Thailand. Community responses suggest that as long as the names on the passport and visa match, there should be no issues, and one commenter humorously advises that walking backwards might help.

Walk backwards to immigration and you will be fine.

Most likely won't be any issues. Read a post recently about residence certificates and drivers licenses in Thailand and apparently some provinces issues your license with your first name first and some issue it with your last name first. I think as long as all of the names on your passport match all of the names on your visa, you'll be okay.
