What should I do if I submitted an incomplete DTV visa application to the Thai embassy in Colombo?

My wife and I are applying for a DTV visa in Colombo, the embassy emailed within hours to request a PDF of all passport pages <3MB. The software I used cut some the pages, and my only noticed after she submitted. There is no way to edit the file on the portal or submit additional info. She emailed (even though it says no reply, it's not a noreply email) with the full file. They don't answer the phone. Will they request the file again or is there anything else we can do? The embassy is close by, so we could go in?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user and their spouse are facing a potential issue with their DTV visa application in Colombo due to submitting a PDF that cut off some of their passport pages. Despite emailing the full file, the embassy has not responded, and they are unsure if the file will be requested again. A comment from another user indicates that it's common for applicants to be called for an interview, and that the embassy can be contacted to clarify the submission issue.

In case this helps anyone else in a similar situation, I eventually got hold of someone at the embassy on the phone, they said no problem, you can just email it, and we will call you for an interview anyway. It sounds like everyone in Colombo gets called in for an interview for DTV visa.
