TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying online for the 90-day report in Thailand, users are asked to enter their arrival date. There have been issues where the system does not accept the actual date, leading to confusion among applicants. Some reported needing to input a different date previously to navigate the online system successfully. It's important to ensure the correct date is entered, and if problems persist, it may require direct contact with immigration services.

A few months back you had to put a different date into the online appointment system to get it to work, in Bangkok.

Happily that now functions which is better than my experience of the 90 day reporting, 2 weeks back.

... cheers matey . To be fair , the guy on their helpline number was very apologetic , said they were still having problems and confirmed I have no choice but a personal visit .

totally means that the last extension you got wasn't entered into the data base and you have to go file in person
