TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have lost your arrival slip while in Thailand on a non-B visa, you can obtain a new one at the airport if you are traveling again. Alternatively, if you need to visit the immigration office to get your non-B stamp, having a copy of the slip may be helpful, but you should also be prepared to explain the situation to the immigration officers.

If you're travelling again just get a new one at the airport....

I lost mine a few years back. I went to immigration and was asked to go to the police station next door. I had to get a police report and take it back to immigration before they would give me a new one.

also, I always paper clip my card in my passport. I know others who staple it. This way it shouldn’t be lost so easily

my guess is any immigration office but I might be wrong. When he answers, he can clarify.

How can i get a new one? They have serial number on it which at the time of immigration they take a note of.
