What should I do if I lost my departure slip in Phuket?
Hello everyone. As always thanks for your tine and input. Is there any specific protocol to follow regarding a lost departure slip. Im in Phuket. Just head to immigration? Thank you!

It's a crap shoot really, SOME offices will just get a new TM6 cross out the number and write your old number on it BUT some want you to get a police report saying you lost the other one before they'll replace it.
