I've lost my departure card, because the new one is so much smaller then the old one and seems to have slipped out of my passport. How do I do when leaving the country next time?
I live in Nonthaburi and have multiple entries.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you lose your departure card (TM6) when leaving Thailand, there is usually no issue at the airport; you can simply fill out a new one. For border crossings, you may need to see a supervising officer, which could take some time. Keep in mind that for immigration purposes related to extensions or other issues, it's advisable to speak with your local Immigration Officer (IO) beforehand. Many have reported no trouble replacing lost cards at airports or land borders, although some may require a small fee.
I lost a few lol so now I have at least 20 tm6's in my bag so when I loose it again I just fill out new one before I leave. No issues. Only need to go to police station if you need to go to immigration for extension for example.
Right, you DO NOT need to go to a police station if you're going to leave the country (as opposed to going to immigration for reporting or extending, which is a different story). Just rock up at the airport, get a new one and fly out. Simple as that.
When I got my year extension two weeks ago the officer stapled to my passport. Now when I fill out a new arrival card I immediately take a picture of it and store in my immigration album in iPhotos.
Same same. My IO asked for it and I could not produce...she went online checked my entry and wrote a duplicate.. Moral speak to your local IO before it becomes a problem.
Happened to me before: airport - no problem, just fill out a new one. Land border - small problem; have to see supervising officer, who will need about 30min. to look up the card's number on the immigration department's computer.
