The user is seeking assistance on the process of obtaining a new departure/arrival card after misplacing the original, as the immigration office in Pathum Thani provided unclear instructions. Go to the police station with your passport and they give you a piece of paper that you take to immigration who then give you a new departure card

I just get a new one at the airport when I leave. No big deal.

I should also mention that I live in BKK where they don't seem to care if you have the departure card with you for any immagration visit.

Your experience may vary.
