TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have lost your departure card in Thailand, it is generally not a major issue. You can typically obtain a replacement from your airline when you check in at the airport. Others in the community have confirmed that it shouldn't cause any problems, and there may be a small fee involved for the replacement.

You mean a "departure CARD" right ?

As long as you don't need it before you fly out you'll be fine getting a new one at the airport.

If it's the card, just get a new one from your airline when you check in.
