TLDR : Answer Summary
If you've lost your TM6 departure card in Thailand, you should first visit a local police station to file a report regarding the missing card. After obtaining the police report, take it along with your passport to the Immigration Office to apply for a new TM6 departure card. Alternatively, if you're leaving Thailand soon, you can get a new departure card directly from the immigration counter at the airport.

when you leave the country just get a new departure card from the immigration counter at the airport. fill it out and cue up again. i personally did this and friends of mine too. absolutely 0 problem.

Sorry to jump on this thread, is a police report enough or do you need to take that report to immigration and May I understand the process?

always photograph all your documents and store in the cloud. Makes lost documents alot easier to replace btw

1. You will file a police report for the missing document at the nearest police station where you believe you lost your TM 6 card.

2. You will take the police report to the immigration office and ask for a new TM 6 card.

3. You will fill out the "arrival" part of the TM 6 card, and give it to the immigration officer. You will keep the "departure" part of the TM 6 card in your passport.

to the point as always. Much appreciated. I never understand why we gotta keep a part of the TM6 card though.

A legitimate question, unfortunately answered with sarcasm... You can use any station, as long as you tell them you lost it in their district, otherwise they'll send you away. So if you misplaced it at home, make you sure you go to the correct police station for your district, not just the nearest one. You might also want to screenshot a TM6 card if you cannot explain well (in Thai) what it is.

Use the one in your area, it avoids hours of travel to find a police station in the other side of Thailand.
