Has anyone had any experience with immigration getting dates wrong? I posted my 90 day report as it was due September 10th, just received the return slip saying that they had received it but the date for next report states October 10th. My extension of stays is until June 2025

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user submitted their 90-day report due on September 10 but received a return slip with the next report date stated as October 10. Despite having an extension of stay until June 2025, there is confusion about the reporting dates. Comments suggest this could be an administrative error, recommending the user to visit the immigration office to clarify and address the discrepancy.

The red stamp says it is not an extension of stay, is that the issue?

no bud, I got my extension of stay on June 11th, I done a 90 day report that same day and the receipt they gave me said report again September 10th, I sent all the paperwork August 26th and then received this receipt 3 days ago with a blank TM47 form back....but the date is asking for another 90 day report 30 days later. Cest la vie 😁

I was supposed to report September 10th which I did by post, now they've sent me a receipt of my report asking me to report again on October 10th.

Are you SURE you were supposed to do it sept 10 and it wasnt just a mistake and they sent the whole lot back ??

Do you have previous ones recorded ?? Or did you check the last one wasnt issued at Oct by mistake before sending ??

I collected my extension of stay June 11th and done my 90 day report that day in person, they gave me a new form saying next extension of stay required by Sept 10th, so I did that by post. They sent me back the receipt and a blank TM47 form.

@Chris *******
extensions and 90 day reports are unconnected.. So other than 'done on the same day' that makes no issue.. But yes June does suggest Sept.

Odd..

@Sefton *******
it shows a 90 day report was FILED by immigrations on Sept 10th that's the date on the receipt and that IS a hard copy 90 day report receipt you get and it's stamped จดหมาย = mail in too

@Tod ********
or report online in October and see what happens

that might work too, worst thing they can do is reject it 🙂

@Tod ********
exactly, then the OP knows it's not due

I have seen that happen before BUT usually it's due to your current extension expiring before the next 90 day report date.

Sadly only thing I can think of is for you to slog on over to your immigration office and see what's what about it 😕

I'm going to send them an email and what's the reason . I went through the hassle of posting it to them in order to avoid a visit to Chaengwattana 😁
