Firstly I do know it's my fault for not checking, and how easy it is to comment after the event

We arrived back in Thailand on Sat 27 October

On Monday 29th I was unable to go to Burirum through health reasons

How ever my wife took my passport to report I had returned to our home they've acknowledged my wife was in the immigration on the 29th but didn't renew my 90 day for whatever reason

I'm again unable to go to immigration tommorow but will report on Tuesday

Any idea of what to expect please

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user initially delayed their 90-day immigration reporting after returning to Thailand. Although the user's wife reported their return at immigration, the 90-day report was not completed. Comments clarified that the 90-day reporting period resets upon re-entry to Thailand and explained the difference between the TM.30 form for reporting residency and the 90-day report itself. The next 90-day report for the user will be due 89 days after their arrival on October 27.

Okay you're confusing TWO completely different things.

ONE is the TM.30 form you need to file (or update) within 24 hours of getting back "home" (the address you use for your extensions and your 90 day reporting) from overseas. That's the form with the oh-so long name of: Notification From For House-Master, Owner Or The Possessor Of The Residence Where Alien Has Stayed :O

That's what your wife did when she went to the immigration office

The OTHER thing is a 90 day report <- the receipt is what you showed in your image. A 90 day report is ONLY done IF you are in the country 90 days AND the 90 day count down clock resets when you return from overseas meaning your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped into the country (no matter what your previous 90 day receipt states). That means your NEXT 90 day report is due January 24th (89 days from your arrival to thailand on Oct 27th).

Thanks guys, will stay on track. Don't wanna pay fines and troubles

@Ron***
that is actually a receipt of having DONE a 90 day report so that would be your next report date (if you don't leave the country). So at least you know when your next one is.

I guess this is the one, they stapled it in the back portion with the other papers, so Jan 14 is the date.

Thanks buddy

Got it buddy so my first report will be on January 17 (based on October 17 entry more or less and I can go even prior to that given its covered in the 14 days period)
Ralph **********
This is what I have and the officer said I need to file TM47 every 90 days

so you don't do anything because you haven't gotten your extension yet. It's getting the extension that starts the count down for your first 90 days. They'll give you a receipt like I posted when you get your extension

I just have a stamp for 90 days of non b which expires on Jan 17 and the next thing we did we applied for an extension of stay for a year based on my WP

@Ron***
as a rule, WHEN you get your first extension of stay on a Non-Immigrant type visa the immigration office will put a piece of paper in your passport that shows when you are scheduled to do you first 90 day report (IF you don't leave the country in the mean time).

It looks like this

I've got a question, I came back in Thailand October 17 by non b and wp was granted November end extension formally grant last week, now when will my countdown of 90 days start?

Your 90 days begin on your return to the country. So your next report is due 90 days after 27th October.

u can report 14 days BEFORE and 7 days after..

if u arrived back in thailand the 27th the 90-day clock is reset

ur next report date in 27 or so Jan.
