Hello, I did 90day report last April. 13. through this site [members only]

And I got renewed my NOA May.8. and May.11th I got TM30 from my landlord.

My question is do I have to count my 90 days from April 13 or from the date that I got TM 30 which is May. 11?

Thx.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired whether their next 90-day reporting date should be calculated from the initial report submitted on April 13 or from the TM30 received on May 11. Responses indicated that the 90-day reporting period remains linked to the date of the initial report (April 13), and the TM30 submission does not affect this timeline.

And to answer your last question, no a TM30 has NOTHING to do with a 90 day report. ;)

Thank you for the information. We will visit IMO in August.

Now the down side is you can't use the online system OR mail in your next 90 day report (because I'm pretty sure you didn't file one in July and are late)

BUT

the up side is you are covered by the 'no need to file a 90 day report from Mar 26-July 31st amnesty' and as long as you GO and file a 90 day report IN PERSON from Aug 1 to Aug 31 you will not get a fine for late filing and they'll take your report like normal.

Unfortunately you can't renew ANY visa so we will go under the premise that you got a yearly extension on the 8th of May

AND

As a rule extensions have NOTHING to do with your 90 day reporting, SO

you would still have the original due date of the 90 day report that you submitted back on the 13th of April (which would be around July 11th if it was approved the day you submitted it)

When you did your 90 day report on April 13th DID you go back into the system after it was approved and print the "next appointment" choice that told you when your next 90 day report would be?

I messaged you instead of letting this post on the group because it's all over the place. BUT alas you appear NOT to have noticed those message requests SO I'll try to answer it on here
