To submit a 90 day report online in Thailand, ensure you are on an appropriate visa that necessitates it. You must have completed one in-person 90 day report previously. Access the online system at https://tm47.immigration.go.th/, create an account, and file your report between 2 weeks and 1 week before its due date. Ensure your TM30 is current, and use the address from your last report. After submission, you'll receive a confirmation email, but note that it does not guarantee acceptance. A successful report will prompt a separate email confirming approval.
it has a PDF file in it of a partially filled out TM47 form
That PDF is worthless and this email does NOT in any way shape or form mean it was accepted/approved or rejected only that you submitted a 90 day report in the system
You need to be on a visa/extension that requires it
You have to have filed ONE 90 day report in person,
go to this website,
*******************************
make a log in,
you can file a 90 day report online from 2 weeks before the due date down until 1 week BEFORE the due date (meaning you have a week window to file online)
You need to have a current TM30 and use the address you're registered at (the one you used for the previous in person 90 day report)
If you exit/re-enter the country the 90 day count down starts over and your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped in
AND
sadly, you have to do that 90 day report in person as well π
not sure about that last statement. I did my first 90 day in person, then left the country for a short trip. Just filed my 90 day report online when it was due after my return and got a note back saying it was accepted.
Some get their first application accepted online and likewise the first when returning to Thailand. Some provinces will approve them but most won't hence Tod's post which will apply to most people, plan for the worst case.
got both. The first acknowledged receipt, than a little more than 24 hours got the second with the approval. Have saved the pdf on the phone in case of a dispute. Not sure if I got lucky per graham sealβs post. But appreciate the heads up, will be prepared if it fails in a similar situation in the future! Thanks
