ORIGINAL POSTER
My 2nd 90 Day Report check in was due yesterday (3/13). I processed it online, but received a message today that it was rejected. I plan to go in person this Monday. What will the fine be?

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced a rejection of their 90-Day Report submission and is concerned about potential fines. Responses indicate that if you report in person within 7 days of the due date, there is generally no fine. It’s advised to file your 90-Day Report online 14 days in advance or within 7 days after the due date to avoid penalties. There is a fine of 2000 baht if the report is more than 7 days late.

If you left the country or moved they treat it as if it's your first and you have to go into immigration. You can file 14 days early or upto 7 days after due date

You are allowed to come 14 days before and 7 days after the date in your passport.

Don't worry.

I never come on the date in my passport.

You can do it up to 14 days in advance, so at least if it's rejected for whatever reason, you have time to fix it before you are over the due date.

A colleague renewed his marriage visa last week and Bkk Bank wouldn't give him his statement unless he signed a form freezing the 400k for 3 months. They just said new policy. All verbal, he asked to see policy but was told just sign, or no statement. Has anyone else come across this new rule? Seems bit whimsical.

is not. It has always been a requirement to keep the minimum at 400K for 3 months after your approval or lose your Visa extension

If the money has already been in your account for more than 4 months, they will not require you to freeze the funds. But if it's 3 months and 29 days, they will freeze your funds for 4 months. Make it make sense.

Could be a couple of reasons

You have stayed at a hotel and thus your TM30 no longer matches your address

Your immigration office only allows online filing from 14 days before down to 7 days before, some won't accept it on the day online

You just need to go to the immigration where you received your 12 month extension and sort out

No fine

Ant W Tailor Does not need to be where you got your extension.

But it does need to be the office of the province you are currently residing.
