TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete the first 90 days report in Thailand, the required documents can vary by location. Generally, you need your passport, a copy of your passport, and sometimes the TM30 and TM47 forms. In certain areas like Chiang Mai, only the TM30 and TM47 along with the passport are needed. It's mentioned that the TM30 may not be strictly enforced, and some agents can assist with it if you don't have it prepared. Be sure to check specific requirements for your office.

Tm30 seems to be new since a lot of people had to line up at the photocopy center to print their tm30. Prior to going, others told me that I didn't need it, and only needed my passport, tm47, and copy of my visa, entry stamp, and passport.
They didn't look or take my copy of my visa, entry stamp, and passport.
You don’t need to bring tm30. Just your passport copy if DTV and proof of where you’re staying at. If you don’t have tm30 the agent will do it for you. I didn’t and the process took 120 seconds
It depends which office - some want TM30 (PS: the TM30 is litrerally the proof of where you are staying at) Obviously you are quite new at this 🙂 🙂 How much did you pay the agent at the office in Patong?
You already read my story. I’m not as interested in you as you are in me. ***ANYONE reading this the office in Patong does not require it. I didn’t it all myself and paid no one. The Tm30 itself is supposed to be done by the condo owner, hotel or any hosts. If you don’t have it the Patong office will do it for you free of charge. If you are not sure ChatGPT helped me through the entire process. Do NOT I repeat Do NOT listen to guys like this Greg dude who time is meaningless on this earth. They try to deter ppl from coming here and they place false information. They have way too much time on their hands and in their own circle they have no importance. So they come on line and lie. Tm30 not a big issue do your OWN research
You need to state which office. Chiang Mai does not require any copy of the passport or visa stamp page for example. Literally just did it very recently at Airport Branch. Requirements differ from office to office.
