My permission to stay ended 25 July. I had an OA non immigrant based on Retirement. So I'm on Amnesty until 26 September 2020. I'm hoping to leave Thailand on a Repat flight.

My 90 day report is due 12 September 2020. Yesterday I was unsuccessful doing it online. I've been doing it online successfully previously. I received a message to contact my Immigration Office instead.

So today I'm going to Sri Racha immigration to file my 90 day report. I assume I need a completed TM 47.

What else will I need please? Aside from Passport.

Additionally...I need an extension of amnesty.

I have a new letter from the Australian Embassy asking for consideration for an extension of stay from 27th September 2020.

I have proof of 5 attempts to get the Sunday repat flights Bangkok to Sydney.

I have proof of 3 flight cancellations with Cathay Pacific. Paid already.

It's very clear I intend leaving Thailand however current International flight restrictions are preventing me from doing so. I believe I have to pay 1,900 ThB for a 30 day Extension.

I would very much appreciate advice as to what documents I will need today for:

90 Day Report

30 day Amnesty extension.

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance regarding the necessary documents for a 90-day report and a 30-day extension of amnesty in Thailand. They have a non-immigrant OA visa based on retirement, which allowed a temporary stay until 26 September 2020. Challenges have arisen with online reporting, prompting a visit to the Sri Racha immigration office. The user has questions about required documentation, including how to navigate both the 90-day report and the application for the amnesty extension, with supporting evidence of their intent to leave the country.

as soon as your current stamp expired and you went on amnesty you no longer have to do 90 day reporting :(

you do pay 1900baht for the 30 day unable to travel based on embassy request extension (that's the price for ALL extensions inside the country no matter the length of time).

Post in a f/b group related to where you live in thailand to get the requirements you'll get better answers that way because there are 70 offices in the country and they all do things different.
