What should I do if my Thai visa application status hasn’t changed after an update?

Applied online November 19th and in my application table it says “Latest Update” on December 10th. However, the status did not change and I have no request for further documents. I checked thoroughly my email and spam folder for updates but still nothing. Am I missing something?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for a Thai visa online on November 19th, received a status update on December 10th, but has not seen any further changes or requests for documents. Despite checking email and spam, they have not received additional information. Comments suggest considering the average processing time and clarifying the location of the application and nationality.

Two days ago you highlighted that your embassy takes 45 days and that it has only been 21. So why the change in worrying ?

I can't easily find their processing time. Email them and ask about the timeline.

6f2 here is where I find the 45 days info. I assume they refer to working days even though they don’t mention it explicitly.
