What should I do if the Thai visa office requests additional documents that I do not have?

hi, guys. Thank you for the all precious info here!! 
But I got an issue. I submitted all the documents I had prepared about 2 weeks ago, but today I got an email for additional documents request. But here I have 2 questions I need  you guys' help for.

1. I am not a business owner but they requested "Certificate of Business Registration". I am a free lancer English teacher so I already submitted employment certificates of the companies I am working with and my resume but they are asking this now.

2. I already submitted my resume and the hotel reservation documents but they requested my resume again and"Lease /Rental Agreement with the detailed contents".

for these what should I do?

English teacher?  You might want to check the spelling of your post.  Hope you get your visa issues sorted, I got a visa in the end, but not the DTV that I applied for.

Which embassy are you applying from? Some embassies request business registration of the company you work for even as a freelancer. In Taipei i had to provide business registration of the companies I work for as a freelancer. Send your resume again and a letter detailing you have reserved hotel reservations with the reservation details. Note you do not have a lease/rental agreement.

Submit them again. However, submit this time with a further cover letter explaining the above. Sounds strange, but sometimes…… you just gotta navigate it like this 😅

No.1- is the company registration that is a company u make emplyoment contract.

No.2- is not necessary for me when i apply. Which country u apply for visa .?
